Fees and Scholarships

The participation fee for 2011 Volunteers through the San Diego Chapter is

• $200 non-refundable deposit
  
• Family Contribution - 6 monthly payments of $350 each
  
• $3,000 Volunteer Fundraising Goal
  

The total of $5,300 covers the cost of the community project, airfare, the training during the year, and the network of support for volunteers (even including LifeFlight® back home if ever needed).

      Partial scholarships are available!  Please contact us regarding any questions. In addition to the scholarships mentioned above, Amigos San Diego has begun its AMIGOS Para Todos (AMIGOS for Everyone) Scholarship drive!  This is a campaign to raise funds for a scholarship so that lower income high school students can participate in all that Amigos has to offer.  If you or someone you know would like to support us in ensuring that civic-minded students of all socioeconomic levels get a chance to participate, contact Orville at orviljay@hotmail.com.  Place "AMIGOS For Everyone" in the subject line of your email.
